1Place the toothbrush at the gum margin towards the cheek at an angle of 45°. Press the bristles against the teeth and gums softly. Move the toothbrush with small and gentle strokes back and forth for 10 strokes on 2 to 3 teeth at a time.

2 Move to another 2 to 3 teeth and continue brushing 10 strokes until you finish cleaning all the teeth.

3 Give 10 back and forth strokes to the biting surface of 2 to 3 teeth at a time. Move to another 2 to 3 teeth afterwards until you are finish.

4 Place the toothbrush at the gum margin towards the tongue at an angle of 45°. Press the bristles against the teeth and gums softly. Move the toothbrush with small and gentle strokes back and forth for 10strokes on 2 to 3 teeth at a time.

5 You will need to hold the toothbrush vertically and brush up and down on each front tooth for 10 strokes.

6 Continue to brush the remaining teeth margin for 10 strokes on every 2 to 3 teeth.

1Use an arm length dental floss, surround your middle fingers with the floss until you can secure the floss with the two middle fingers only when putting the floss under tension. You should leave a finger length of floss to use.

2 Hold the floss with your thumb and index finger and leave a molar distance of floss for cleaning the inter dental area.
